The house is located on a plot of generous dimensions in an urban residential area on the outskirts of a village in the Pre-Pyrenees. Access to the land is by the highest level. The project is located in two of the four cadastral units that make up the property, with a slight slope to the west towards the panoramic views of the region. A typology of housing in T is chosen, with a traditional structure of load-bearing walls, placing in each arm area by day, night and service, allowing flexible and independent use of the space by the different members of the family. The access articulates the relationship between the area day and night, allowing access through the porch to the backyard and the pool in the space created between these two wings. The program is developed on a single level, growing a height above the dining room and the kitchen giving rise to a versatile, diaphanous space, without defined use undercover, from where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape. The dining room and the living room and the porch are at different height adapting to the natural slope of the land; Being takes more height giving more space to this space.

Municipal regulations regarding the aesthetic characteristics of buildings in the town require the use of stone, in this case, extracted from the land itself and sloping roof. This solution with Arab tile finish is adopted in the three arms, at the kneecap point that contains the access and the staircase is proposed non-passable flat, as well as on the porch of the pool, where a concrete slab and metal pillars that support it are opposed to the massiveness of the rest of the project. The facade composition in relation to the full and empty follows the proportion of the traditional architecture of the area.
The joinery and roller blinds are adjustable in dark aluminium. In the pavements, the same ceramic flooring is used in two tones, one for the dining room, the living room, the kitchen and the night area and another for access and the porch. The staircase to the first level, as well as the floor of this plant and the interviewed undercover, are made of pinewood, bringing warmth to this space of generous dimensions.
