The proposal consists in the conversion of a protected historical building between medians destined to a show room and offices in a hotel and commercial space, with an underground garage. Part of the process of rehabilitation of the building involves the replacement of the cover of the movie theater, consisting of large ribs of metal trusses, taking advantage of this operation is to leave one of these empty porches with the idea of ​​winning a rear facade to the body of offices that now only ventilate on the side of the street.
The accommodation is proposed as rooms with shared bathrooms on the first floors of the office block, and other type suites on the two ski lift floors that the regulations allow. The rooms face the street and the interior of the block, on the roof of the old movie theater and the patio that is created in the replacement of the roof, leaving the services in the center of the floor. It is on the first floor and with access to this rear terrace where the public program is developed: dining room, kitchen, reception and reading room. This new facade is composed by regular repetition of the same balcony window element and is finished with a stone cladding of rectangular pieces, whose cutting modulates the entire composition.
The commercial area is left transparent, with the provision of space for facilities and services in the space behind where the projection screen was located, at the bottom of the plot.
