The building between protected medians is located a few steps from one of the most important commercial arteries of Barcelona. It is a block intended for offices, with commercial low, narrow and elongated rectangular plan, with a facade on the street. The proposal consists of adapting the set for hotel use. The reception and common areas are located on the first floor, such as dining room and living room, and on the other floors the rooms, all with views of the street and the corridor on the inner side.
The great free height between floors of the historic office building allows some of the rooms to have attics, giving the possibility to accommodate more guests.
The good condition of the building makes the intervention focus only on the distribution of the program and the vertical access cores, as well as the definition of the architecture and finishes of the interior spaces.
