The commission consists of the construction of six homes between medians in a gated community in Cancun. The land is 8 and 10 meters wide, by 20 long, the regulations allow ground floor and two floors and require the use of a series of finishes for facade and front yard.
A flexible distribution is proposed that allows different configurations according to the need of each buyer and that seeks the optimization of the living and leisure space. There is the possibility of semi-underground or surface garage and have a multipurpose room on the ground floor or not. The level destined to the rooms contains three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and on the top floor it offers the possibility of locating the service bedroom with a terrace with the laundry and laying area and another, on the opposite side with a room with bathroom, which can be used as a fourth bedroom or second living room or games room. The staircase and services are located in the centre of the floor, giving freedom to configure the spaces on both sides as appropriate.

On a volumetric level, white flat facades are raised, with a wooden-lined basement, including the access door, records of facilities and the window running from the kitchen, a window running on the first floor, framed by a steel loom frame on the same dark color as metal carpentry, and square lattice pieces that make it impossible to make the service patio on the top floor obvious.
