After years of experience in the construction sector, both as technicians and general contractors, our interdisciplinary team of professionals has been able to identify the most common problems that appear during the construction process, establishing a certain way of working in order to solve and minimize its impact.

To give them an answer we have adopted a work method based on the lean management philosophy:

1. Goal alignment - we sign transparent contracts with our clients, clearly distinguishing between direct and indirect costs, execution price, management fees and a buffer to face any unforeseen expenses. If any saving from the agreed price is reached during the building process the amount saved will be spli- tted between the building company and the developer.

2. Preliminary analysis and BIM (Building Information Modelling) - a meticulous analysis and the usage of BIM technology helps evaluating and defining the project to the maximum, reducing the uncertainty causing time and economic deviations. BIM enhances the management and the organization of the project and eases the exchange of updated information among those involved.

3. Last planning system - we establish a constant and coordinated planning system, regular meetings during each stage of the process are carried out to resolve ongoing problems and to check the fulfillment of each supplier's commitments. They acquire an obligation with the building company, but at the same time with the other co-working companies, easing each other's work and creating good teamwork dynamics.
