The house is located on a rectangular plot with a slight slope to the west in the direction of the panoramic views of the entire region. The access to the plot is made by the highest level. The building is proposed as a single volume, defined by the local regulations guidelines, which is set back from the street side to create a contained space, as a square, through which access is made, and a volume of a single plant that opens on the back garden, of the width of the building, containing the porch and the dining room of newspaper.
The residential program is developed on three floors, garage, day area, porch, kitchen and services on the ground floor, night area and private spaces on the upper floor, as well as an independent study on parking, the undercover that is allowed it takes advantage of as an open-plan multipurpose space without a defined use.

From the point of view of finishes and aesthetics, the municipality requires the use of stone, in this case local stone extracted from the site when excavating the foundation, and the adoption of a sloping roof, in this case of red Arab roof tile. The facade composition in relation to the proportion of full and empty follows that of the vernacular architecture of the area. In the study on the garage, a run window provides the interior with the necessary lighting for the work of an artist in the image of the galleries in the attics of traditional constructions.
In the living room, a large fixed window break is dynamic framing the landscape through the porch, making it a living part of the interior. In the attic, the side windows also allow to contemplate iconic landscape elements of the area.
The woodwork and roller blinds are adjustable in dark grey aluminium, the floor of porcelain stoneware, choosing the warmth of the way in the rest of the floors.
