The detached house is located on a rectangular plot of fifteen meters wide, in a low density residential area, surrounded by isolated single-family houses of low height. In this environment and conditioned by the municipal regulations of alignments with respect to the boundaries of the plot, a single-volume residence with a four-water roof is proposed, with two floors above ground and a basement occupying the entire floor of the building. The volume is located at the bottom of the site, placing the pool in the front yard in order to enjoy better sunning, the rear is conditioned as a paved playground for children. The public program is located on the ground floor, along with the access, on the first floor the night and private area of the family and in the basement, the garage, service area and a large space for leisure.
The envelope is solved by a two-leaf wall and air chamber with an exterior white brick finish of the Thoro house and the carpentry are dark aluminum with roller shutter enclosure with adjustable slats. The roof also looks for this chromatic contrast, with dark gray Arab tiles. The enclosure with the street is made of dark gray masonry with gray blacksmith shop.
