Developing most of our academical and professional life in a country with strong regulations and strict building codes, where the architect and the civil engineer are the last responsibles of the design and the construction of a project, provided a wide vision of the construction process and a specific knowledge of all the aspects involved in it.



MERCÈ PEDEMONTE

Architect

She's a graduated architect from "Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona", where she participated in several international workshops. She started her professional trajectory working in urbanistic projects and studies regarding the remodelation of the city of Barcelona for the Olympic Games of 1992 with the Spanish architectural firm MDC.
Afterwards, she established her own firm e3aid and started developing projects in continental Spain and the Balearic Islands. With e3aid she has participated in a wide range of projects, carrying out technical consulting tasks and other services (security control, documentation, estimations and cost control, quality surveillance among others).
As a founding partner she's the President of the board of directors and she's in charge of the architecture department, coordinating the architecture and urbanism areas.


POL CARRERA

Architect

He's a graduated architect from "Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona", spending his last year studying in the "École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris- Malaquais". He participated in several international workshops in Europe and started to collaborate as a student in e3aid under the supervision of architect Mercè Pedemonte, working in the development of architectural projects and project management.
He carries on his professional trajectory in e3aid, becoming a partner in 2014, being in charge of the first projects abroad (France, United States and Mexico). In 2015 he established the company e3aid arquitectura y construcción in Mexico, a general contractor enterprise dedicated to the construction of civil buildings and infrastructure works. Nowadays he acts as the chief executive officer of the group and our representative in America.


MARC CARRERA

Building Engineer + Quantity Surveyor

He's a graduated technical architect from "Universidad Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona" and a building engineer from "Universidad Camilo José Cela" in Madrid. Afterwards, he studied the master "Tecnology in architecture" on rehabilitation and restauration in "Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona" and a quantity surveyor postgraduate diploma from the "Col·legi d'Aparelladors, Arquitectes Tècnics i Enginyers de l'Edificació de Barcelona".
As a student he worked as a project manager in Garo 4 Construcciones, contractor company specialized in the construction of industrial buildings. Later he moved to Dijon (France) where he collaborated in the architecture firm JMVD developing public commisions.
Back in Barcelona, he worked in Croxley Construcciones as a chief site manager.
He joined e3aid in 2014 being in charge of the engineering and construction departments.

He worked as a quantity surveyor in a wide range of important projects, such as multihousing developments and public facilities.
